Altitudecard.com is a trading name of Club Sun Limited (We). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 4203009 and have our registered office at Victoria House, 19-21 Ack Lane East, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 2BE.
MEMBERSHIP
‘Member’ means anyone who has been accepted for Altitudecard.com
‘Membership Card’ is a card issued to members annually upon receipt of payment
‘Partner’ means companies/businesses offering discounts/benefits
Various Types
Individual membership: any individual who is over 18 on the date the application is received.
Couples membership:two adults who are married or cohabit and reside at the same address.
Family membership: two adults who are married or cohabit and reside at the same address and a maximum of three of their own children under the age of 21 years
Single parent one adult and up to three of their own children under the age of 21 years
- The membership period is for 12 months from the initial date of registration. Membership Cards will expire 15 days later to cover card delivery periods.
- The membership card is for the member’s sole use and should not be used by anyone else. Misuse may result in confiscation/ cancellation.
- Once the member has been accepted by Altitudecard.com they will receive a unique membership number via email. They will then have immediate access to the members section where they can start to benefit from partner deals.
- The Members Only section, provides the terms and conditions for all offers and discounts and details on how to obtain partner deals
- Membership cards will be delivered to the member within 10 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. (Overseas deliveries may take longer)
- If lost or damaged, the cost of a replacement membership card will be £10.
- Each membership card has an expiry date which will be checked at each participating partner. Expired cards will not be accepted.
- Continuous Card Authority transactions are debited on the same day as initial registration each year unless the instruction has previously been formally cancelled.
- Members are responsible for notifying Altitudecard.com of any changes to bank and/or card details. Altitudecard.com is not responsible for any charges that members may incur as a result of not informing Altitudecard.com of such changes.
- We will endeavour to update our website on a regular basis to show the terms and conditions of all participating partners. Partners may, however, be entitled to withdraw from Altitudecard.com or to change their terms and conditions after you have become a member. We shall have no liability for such withdrawals or changes.
- Altidudecard.com has no liability for any experiences with any of the participating partners.
- Members may terminate their membership at any time by emailing Altitudecard.com. (Refunds cannot be granted).
- It is the member’s responsibility to notify Altitudecard.com of any change of address or contact details.
- Altitudecard.com reserves the right at all times to cancel an individual’s membership and / or prevent membership renewal.
- Altitudecard.com reserves the right to increase membership subscriptions. Members on automatic payments will be notified of such changes.
